We are confident that the taster session will reignite your motivation and give you a focus to live a healthy lifestyle.

“This has been a very beneficial course. I’m now right on track and I am determined to reach my target weight”.

“I enjoyed the course, found it very helpful and interesting gaining knowledge from the Coach and other members experiences”.

Here is our Health Coach Paul.

He will help you to develop the understanding and confidence to set goals and take action to improve your health and wellbeing.

We keep the group small to a maximum of six to make sure it is interactive, intimate and gives everyone to opportunity to be personally coached, ask questions and feel included.

The course will be booked on a first come first served basis.

Coaching does not treat mental health / eating disorder issues and is not a substitute for medical treatment. If you are not sure if the programme is suitable for you, please contact paul.hollinrake@xperthealth.org.uk.

If you are currently under the care of a mental health professional, you will be asked that they are aware of, and approve with, your involvement in health coaching.
