Today is the start of the 17th National Conference of the Primary Care Diabetes Society (PCDS).
PCDS is an annual conference for healthcare professionals taking place virtually on 18-19 November 2021, which champions clinical quality in diabetes, and is focused on a range of topics that are most relevant to the practicalities of managing diabetes in primary care today.
And it’s good news for X-PERT Health. We are delighted that our poster: ‘Remote X-PERT structured diabetes education, through an App or delivered using video conferencing software’ has been nominated for the Roger Gadsby award for demonstrating a good example of a diabetes primary care audit. If successful we will receive a £500 prize.
It just goes to show that hard works pays off. At the heart of our mission and values is widening access to our award-winning diabetes education. We believe everyone should have access to quality diabetes care, support and education.
