It’s Mental Health Awareness Week May 10-16.

There are a number of ways to improve your health and wellbeing, such as learning to cope with stress. High stress levels and poor sleep are linked to weight gain.
Stress is our natural reaction to situations or events that put us under pressure. Although stress is a normal part of life, if unmanaged, high stress levels can lead to an array of problems.
What can you do to reduce stress?
Some proven ways to reduce stress are:
-Exercise
-Meditation
-Massage
-Yoga
-Socialising
-Good sleep
-Breathing exercises
