Is there a comprehensive list of suitable fats to use apart from just butter and olive oil e.g. Groundnut oil or sesame oil etc?
Thanks for your question about a list of suitable fats to use.
If you visit our Participant Forum and opt for the ‘Frequently Asked Questions’ box, then enter into the ‘FAQ: Fats’ box, you will find lots of useful information such as:
Which oil is best to use for cooking?
How do nut oils and rice bran 100% oil compare to other oils used in cooking?
Which is healthier, butter or margarine spreads such as Flora?
I hope this should answer your question.
Many thanks

Hello
If you click on the ‘Forums’ tab which is located at the top of the web page and then select ‘Participants’ you should be able to see a folder called ‘Recipes’. I have also listed a link below which will take you directly to them, once you are logged in.
