What is The Fast 800?

The Fast 800 is an online programme which provides participants with the support and guidance needed to make lifestyle changes to help them meet their health goals. The plans provided are based on a low-carbohydrate, Mediterranean-style dietary approach; and can include a very low energy diet (VLED) phase (where participants have around 800 calories a day) or can incorporate intermittent fasting. Some studies have shown that VLED approaches are a safe and effective method for achieving remission of Type 2 diabetes, which until recently many people did not even know was possible.

What do you need to do?

1. Contact X-PERT Health by phone (01422 847871) or email (admin@xperthealth.org.uk). You’ll be asked some basic questions to verify that you have attended an X-PERT programme or purchased an X-PERT handbook. Once verified we’ll provide you with a discount code

2. Go to www.thefast800.com, and:

a. select “Join Us” at the top of the page

b. click on “Sign Up”, which will take you to the purchases page

c. where it says “Have a coupon?”, click to enter your code

d. enter your code, click “Apply”, and check the discount has been applied

e. enter the rest of your details and proceed to complete the purchase
