The X-PERT Diabetes Digital programme is a great way to learn from home (or anywhere else!), at a time that suits you.
The programme consists of 6 sessions of education which are delivered via short videos, quizzes and questionnaires.
X-PERT education very interactive. It will NOT tell you what to do. Instead, it is designed to help you make informed choices about changes YOU would like to make to YOUR lifestyle.
This programme can be accessed on most digital devices, including PCs, laptops, tablets and smartphones. Please note, you will need an internet connection to use the programme.
