The X-PERT Diabetes Digital Programme is currently available via referral in Cardiff and Vale University Health Board, Betsi Cadwaladr, Shropshire Community Health and NHS Highland. If you are a patient living in these areas, see your GP or diabetes team to discuss your diabetes education needs. Alternatively, it can be purchased directly from us through our website shop.
