The Behaviour Change Support Group can help you achieve your health and wellbeing goals. Our upcoming course kicks off on Thursday 18th January from 6-7pm, via Zoom! Led by a qualified Health Coach with a maximum group size of 6 participants, the 3-month programme offers bi-weekly group sessions, tailor-made for your fitness goals and a healthier lifestyle.
We believe that ongoing education, information, and support are vital for sustained success in health and wellbeing.
Who Can Join?
Open to those who have explored our handbooks or completed an X-PERT Health group program (Diabetes, Insulin, or Weight). We believe that ongoing education, information, and support are vital for sustained success in health and wellbeing.
When: Thursdays, 6-7pm: 18 January, 1 February, 15 February, 29 February, 21 March, 4 April.
