X-PERT response to new Saturated Fat research in the BMJ

On the 23rd November 2016 a study was published in the BMJ concluding that the consumption of dietary saturated fatty acids (SFA) increased the risk of coronary heart disease (CHD) in men and women. This article is our response to that article, and why we don't believe the conclusions are accurate.
